​New Role for Product Adoption & Value Measurement:
 

• Driving adoption and behavioral change for new features.
• Measuring the value and utilization of deployed solutions (e.g., tracking usage metrics and adoption rates).
• Collecting user feedback and communicating it to product management for continuous improvement.
• Collaborating with business operations to understand and address defects or issues.
• Ensuring that, after product features are built and handed to operations, there is ongoing support to maximize value and utilization.
