Principal .NET Lead

💡 Key Responsibilities
• Lead design & development of enterprise-grade applications using C#, .NET 6+, Angular, jQuery, SQL Server
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
• Plan & manage Agile sprints, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery
• Identify & mitigate architectural and technical risks
• Align solutions across Architecture, Data, and Infrastructure teams
• Guide teams in preparing SDLC-compliant technical documentation
• Communicate effectively with both technical & non-technical stakeholders
• Mentor developers and promote a culture of engineering excellence

🛠️ Required Skills & Experience
✔ 8+ years of experience with .NET, Angular, JavaScript, SQL Server
✔ 4+ years of technical leadership in software development
✔ 3+ years of AWS (Lambda, EKS, serverless & containerized services)
✔ Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, unit testing, data modeling
✔ Experience with Git, Visual Studio, Agile & Waterfall methodologies
✔ Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
