Powerflex Engineer

Position – PowerFlex Engineer
Location – Hybrid in Cambridge, MA   
Duration – 6+ months Contract 
Visa – CITIZEN, GREEN CARD, GC EAD, H4 EAD

PowerFlex Resident Engineer opportunity that aligns well with strong PowerFlex and VMware experience.
This contract role provides a mix of onsite and remote operational support for enterprise Dell PowerFlex environments and serves as a trusted technical advisor for storage and virtualization platforms.

Key responsibilities include:
•    Proactively monitoring PowerFlex infrastructure to maintain system health, availability, and performance
•    Administering VMware vSphere environments, including VM lifecycle management, permissions, and cluster support
•    Supporting PowerFlex Manager operations, workflows, and configuration management
•    Troubleshooting infrastructure issues and delivering performance optimization recommendations
•    Supporting replication, backup, recovery, patching, upgrades, firmware updates, and infrastructure expansion initiatives
We’re looking for someone with hands-on PowerFlex and VMware vSphere experience, strong troubleshooting capabilities, and a solid background supporting enterprise storage and virtualization environments.
