✔ 5+ years of experience building enterprise Power BI dashboards
✔ Strong expertise in DAX, Data Modeling, Power Query, and Performance Tuning
✔ Experience converting wireframes/prototypes into production dashboards
✔ Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, etc.)
✔ Experience supporting large operational or field-user audiences
✔ Excellent communication and client-facing skills
