Power Platform Developer (AI Strategy & Transformation)

This Role requires someone who can come down for a F2F Discussion with the client in greenwood village,CO hence need locals 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom product management, quality assurance, and testing tools using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Build and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to support AI model validation and monitoring.
• Create infrastructure and workflows that enable researchers to track AI model performance metrics and automate QA processes.
• Develop automated workflows and integrations to streamline product testing and validation activities.
• Collaborate closely with AI researchers, product managers, and engineering teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Power Platform solutions.
• Build dashboards and reporting solutions in Power BI to provide insights into model performance, testing outcomes, and operational metrics.
• Ensure high-quality, scalable, and secure applications that support fast-paced AI development programs.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing Power Platform solutions for improved performance and reliability.
• Document solution architecture, workflows, and technical processes for internal teams.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of overall IT experience in application development or enterprise solutions.
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps.
• Strong experience with Power Automate for workflow automation and process optimization.
• Experience creating data visualization dashboards using Power BI.
• Ability to design end-to-end Power Platform solutions that integrate with enterprise systems.
• Demonstrated experience or portfolio showcasing Power Apps or Power Platform projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in fast-paced AI or product development environments
