 Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Engineer with Copilot Studio experience to join our team in Phoenix. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, along with experience in Copilot Studio and exposure to cloud technologies (Azure/AWS/GCP).

This role requires strong technical expertise, solution design capability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

      •     Design, develop, and deploy solutions using:

      •     Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps)

      •     Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop flows)

      •     Power BI (basic understanding preferred)

      •     Dataverse

      •     Develop and configure AI-powered conversational agents using Copilot Studio

      •     Integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems using:

      •     REST APIs

      •     Custom Connectors

      •     Azure services

      •     Implement governance best practices including:

      •     DLP policies

      •     Environment strategy

      •     Security roles & access control

      •     Deploy and manage solutions across Dev/Test/Prod environments

      •     Collaborate with cloud and infrastructure teams for authentication and integrations

      •     Troubleshoot and optimize existing applications

✅ Required Skills

      •     4+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform

      •     Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio (Power Virtual Agents)

      •     Strong knowledge of:

      •     Dataverse

      •     Power Fx

      •     Solution management & ALM

      •     Azure AD authentication

      •     Experience integrating APIs and external systems

      •     Experience with at least one Cloud Platform:

      •     Microsoft Azure (preferred)

      •     AWS

      •     GCP

      •     Strong understanding of security, governance, and enterprise architecture

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

      •     Experience with:

      •     PCF components

      •     Azure API Management

      •     ServiceNow integrations

      •     CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)

      •     Knowledge of AI integrations within Power Platform

      •     Experience working in regulated enterprise environments

EDUCATION
Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field or equivalent work experience.
