Power BI

• Optimize reports for performance, usability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting requirements.
• Conduct data validation and ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance of BI solutions.
• Train business users on Power BI tools and dashboards.
• Stay updated with Power BI updates, features, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Power BI Developer or Data Analyst.
• Strong experience with Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and DAX.
• Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases.
• Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and dashboard design.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with other BI tools (Tableau, QlikView, Looker) is a plus.
• Knowledge of cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, Snowflake).
• Familiarity with Python or R for data analytics.
