🔎 Key Requirements:
✔ Experience working within criminal justice, public defense, or government agency environments
✔ Advanced knowledge of Power BI (Desktop & Service), DAX, and Power Query
✔ Expert proficiency in building operational and enterprise reports using Crystal Reports
✔ Strong SQL skills for querying and transforming data from relational databases
✔ Ability to translate business requirements into meaningful dashboards and reports
