Power BI Developer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Power BI / Microsoft Fabric Developer to support a leading cancer center. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data visualization, analytics, and modern data platform tools, with the ability to design and deliver scalable reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
Work with Microsoft Fabric to build and manage end-to-end data solutions
Integrate and transform data from multiple sources to support business intelligence needs
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy and consistency
Implement data models and maintain data pipelines within the Fabric ecosystem
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboards)
Experience with Microsoft Fabric (including data engineering and analytics components)
Knowledge of Cojito (or similar data integration/analytics tools)
Solid understanding of SQL and data warehousing concepts
Experience working in healthcare or large enterprise environments is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Azure data services
Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
