Power BI Analytics Lead

Position: Power BI Analytics Lead – Supply Chain 
Client: TCS 
Rate: $54-$57 Per Hourly
Location: ~Indianapolis, IN~
Duration: 6 months

We are looking for a Power BI Analytics Leader / SME to drive enterprise-scale analytics solutions for global supply chain programs.
🔹 Role Overview
Own Power BI architecture, governance, and best practices
Design and deliver enterprise dashboards for Supply Chain KPIs
Lead semantic modeling, DAX optimization & performance tuning
Build reusable BI frameworks, templates & visualization standards
Translate business needs across Demand/Supply Planning, Inventory, Manufacturing, Procurement, Supplier Performance
Deliver actionable insights (not just reports) with trend & scenario analysis
Partner with data teams on data models, star schemas & semantic layers
Integrate data from SAP S/4, ECC, Kinaxis, MES, WMS
Ensure data quality, reconciliation & KPI consistency
Work with senior stakeholders on analytics roadmap & KPI frameworks
Lead workshops, demos, UAT & adoption
Mentor global BI teams
🔹 Required Skills
Strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, Data Modeling
Experience with large datasets & performance tuning
Hands-on Supply Chain domain knowledge
Experience with SAP / Kinaxis / MES / WMS integrations
Excellent stakeholder communication & leadership skills

✔️ 10+ years in BI / Data Analytics
✔️ 3+ years in Power BI leadership / architecture roles
