Strong hands-on AWS experience (engineering DB solutions in AWS)
Automation: Python/Bash, Ansible, Lambda
IaC: CloudFormation + Terraform
Migration: Legacy → Cloud
Monitoring, alerting, performance optimization, vulnerability remediation

🔹 Leadership Expectations
Prior Tech Lead experience with clear examples of leading projects & teams
Mentor junior engineers & drive best practices
Strong collaboration across engineering & operations (Jira + ServiceNow)

🔹 Experience Required
8+ years PostgreSQL & MongoDB
2+ years in technical leadership
Strong AWS cloud database architecture experience
Proven migration & automation experience
