Required Skills
• Strong experience with Ping Identity products, especially PingOne AIC.
• Hands-on expertise in SSO, MFA, Federation, and Identity Lifecycle Management.
• Experience with SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), LDAP, and SCIM.
• Knowledge of authentication trees/journeys and adaptive authentication.
• Experience integrating SaaS and enterprise applications.
• Good understanding of IAM security concepts and Zero Trust architecture.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and scripting.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
