Performance Testing Lead

Key Responsibilities
§ Lead performance testing for Property & Casualty (P&C) applications.
§ Build and define performance testing strategies for Talon applications.
§ Execute performance tests using JMeter, Taurus, and Lighthouse.
§ Analyze results, identify bottlenecks, and recommend optimizations.
§ Present performance reports and insights to executive-level stakeholders.
§ Mentor and upskill QE teams on performance tools, techniques, and best practices.
§ Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to meet performance benchmarks.

Required Technical Skills - JMeter, Taurus, Lighthouse
§ Performance strategy design and execution
§ P&C application performance testing
§ Performance analysis and reporting

Must-Have Qualifications
§ 8+ years of hands-on performance testing experience.
§ Proven experience with JMeter, Taurus, and Lighthouse.
§ Experience presenting results to senior/executive stakeholders.
§ Ability to design performance test strategies and mentor teams
