🔎 Role Overview: 

We are looking for an experienced Performance Tester with strong expertise in JMeter-based performance testing and non-functional testing strategies to support enterprise P&C applications.

💼 Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute performance testing initiatives for P&C applications.

Build and implement performance testing strategies for Talon applications.

Analyze performance test results and present insights to customer executives and stakeholders.

Mentor and guide existing QE teams on performance testing tools and best practices.

Conduct various non-functional tests such as load, stress, scalability, and endurance testing.

Identify performance bottlenecks and provide recommendations for performance improvements.

🔹 Required Skills

✔ Strong experience in Performance Testing using JMeter
✔ Hands-on experience with Taurus and Lighthouse
✔ Solid understanding of Non-Functional Testing methodologies
✔ Experience executing performance strategy and performance test planning
✔ Ability to analyze performance metrics and communicate results effectively
