Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Performance Test Lead with strong expertise in performance engineering, load testing, and application scalability analysis. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end performance testing initiatives for enterprise applications and ensure system reliability under varying workloads.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Performance Testing and Engineering
• Expertise in:
  • LoadRunner / JMeter / NeoLoad
  • Performance Test Strategy & Planning
  • Workload Modeling
  • Performance Monitoring & Analysis
• Experience with:
  • API Performance Testing
  • Web & Enterprise Application Testing
  • CI/CD Integration for Performance Testing
• Strong knowledge of:
  • SQL Queries & Database Performance
  • Application Server Monitoring
  • JVM & Memory Analysis
  • Root Cause Analysis
• Familiarity with cloud and distributed environments:
  • AWS / Azure / GCP
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Responsibilities

• Lead performance testing activities across projects
• Design and execute load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests
• Analyze application performance bottlenecks and provide recommendations
• Develop and maintain performance test scripts and frameworks
• Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams
• Prepare performance reports and present findings to stakeholders
• Support production performance monitoring and optimization initiatives
