Position:  Peoplesoft HR Developer
Location: Remote (EST Coast candidates only)
Experience: 12+ years

Job Description:
 Looking for a PeopleSoft HR Developer (Benefits) to support a legacy on-prem HCM environment (Toolsxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx / PUM 34), handling day-to-day production support, incident resolution, small enhancements, and an ongoing upgrade (behind schedule).

 Key Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day production support, including incident resolution, troubleshooting, and quick fixes
* Work on small enhancements, change requests, and ongoing system improvements
* Support Benefits Administration & Base Benefits, including Open Enrollment, Life Events, and eligibility rules
* Develop and customize using PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, and SQR
* Handle integrations (XML, flat files, vendor interfaces) and ensure smooth data flow
* Support PeopleSoft upgrades, patches, retrofits, and participate in testing (Unit, System, UAT)

 Required Skills:
* 5+ yrs PeopleSoft HCM experience
* 3+ yrs in Benefits module (Base + Admin)
* Strong in People Tools 8.58 / PUM
* Hands-on: People Code, App Engine, CI, SQR
* Good in SQL / Oracle DB
* Experience with Benefits configuration & eligibility rules
* Knowledge of vendor integrations

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with PHIRE / STAT (change management tools)
* Exposure to benefits vendors (Aetna, Fidelity, etc.)
* Experience in Open Enrollment cycles (large orgs)
