Job Title: PeopleSoft Grants Management Consultant (12 Years)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Grants Management Consultant to support grant data cleanup, validation, and conversion readiness as part of a Workday implementation project. The consultant will review and correct grant-related data in PeopleSoft and ensure it is properly aligned for conversion to Workday.

Key Responsibilities

•            Analyze and clean PeopleSoft Grants Management (GM) data.

•            Review grant-related data across integrated modules including: 

oxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxProject Costing

oxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxBilling

oxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxCommitment Control

oxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxContracts

oxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxGeneral Ledger

•            Perform data validation, reconciliation, and correction.

•            Support data mapping and conversion readiness for Workday.

•            Review grant setup including awards, projects, budgets, sponsors, and billing configurations.

•            Generate data validation reports and documentation.

Required Skills

•            Strong experience with PeopleSoft Grants Management

•            Experience with PeopleSoft Financials modules (Project Costing preferred)

•            Ability to perform data analysis and cleanup

•            Experience with SQL and PeopleTools

•            Experience supporting ERP data migration or conversion projects

Deliverables

•            Cleaned and validated grant data

•            Data reconciliation and validation reports

•            Documentation supporting conversion readiness
