Peoplesoft Functional Purchasing (Projects/Budgets/Funding)

Functional Purchasing Lead needed to flush out requirements, develop specifications, assist developers as needed with Unit Testing, participate in System Testing, for a public sector entity with large capital projects, multi-year purchase orders, and performance retainage.   KK experience required.   

Will work closely with Functional System Architect, ERPA team, and Client Team members.  Excellent communications – written and oral – are required for this client facing position.
