Job Description:
Mandatory Skills:
PeopleTools (Application Designer, PeopleCode, Component Interface, Application Engine, Integration Broker, Application Package), Oracle SQL, SQR, nVision, BI Publisher, PeopleSoft upgrades, PeopleSoft Upgrade Manager (PUM), patches, and migrations, Web services, REST APIs, and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Financial accounting principles, PeopleSoft FSCM modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, Purchasing, Inventory, Bank data management, cash management, billing and Project costing etc
 
Required Experience 
 ● Total of 7 to 8 Years experience with minimum 5+ years of relevant working with PeopleSoft Financial Supply Chain FSCM 9.2, including hands-on experience with customization, configuration, and integration. 
 ● Strong understanding of PeopleSoft FSCM modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, Purchasing, Inventory, Bank data management, cash management, billing and Project costing etc. 
 ● Strong understanding of PeopleSoft FSCM business processes, and data structures. 
 ● Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades (PUM), patches, and migrations. 
 ● Experience with PeopleSoft integration technologies, such as web services, REST APIs, and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). 
 
 Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 
 ● Proficiency in PeopleTools (Application Designer, PeopleCode, Component Interface, Application Engine, Integration Broker, Application Package) 
 ● Proficiency in Oracle SQL 
 ● Proficiency in SQR, nVision, BI Publisher 
 ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members, stakeholders, and endusers.
 ● Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades (PUM), patches, and migrations. 
 ● Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM implementation projects and post-implementation support. 
 ● Experience with PeopleSoft Fluid User Interface and mobile application development. 
 ● Familiarity with PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) and selective adoption process for applying PeopleSoft updates and features. Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 
 ● Understanding of financial accounting principles and experience working with financial systems. 
 ● Ability to analyze complex problems, propose effective solutions, and understand business processes. 
 ● Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
