Rate: $75/hr (C2C)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Financial Business Analyst to support financial system initiatives and enhancements. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to analyze requirements, improve processes, and support the PeopleSoft Financials environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for PeopleSoft Financials modules.
• Work with finance stakeholders to translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Support system implementation, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and solution design.
• Coordinate with technical teams for development and testing activities.
• Create functional design documents (FDD) and assist with system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide production support and troubleshoot functional issues in PeopleSoft Financial modules.
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and internal policies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with PeopleSoft Financials.
• Strong experience with modules such as GL, AP, AR, Asset Management, and Billing.
• Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft Financial architecture and business processes.
• Experience with UAT, SIT, and functional testing.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
