PeopleSoft Administration: Install/Configure PeopleTools & PIA, environment setup/cloning, domain creation/config (App/Web/Process Scheduler), WebLogic & Tuxedo admin, SSL/SSO, performance monitoring/tuning, cache/log analysis & troubleshooting, security admin (roles/permission lists/users), backup/recovery support
