Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) with strong expertise in Pega Product Composer (Product Configurator) to design and deliver scalable, enterprise-grade solutions. The ideal candidate will lead architecture, drive best practices, and implement complex product configuration solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Pega-based enterprise applications
• Architect and implement solutions using Pega Product Composer (Product Configurator)
• Define application architecture, frameworks, and best practices
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
• Design and configure product models, rules, and decisioning logic
• Ensure adherence to Pega Guardrails and performance standards
• Mentor and guide development teams, conduct code reviews
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Integrate Pega applications with external systems and APIs
• Participate in deployment planning, DevOps, and release management

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Pega
• Pega Certified Lead System Architect (LSA) (mandatory or strongly preferred)
• Strong experience with Pega Product Composer / Product Configurator
• Expertise in Pega PRPC, case management, and decisioning
• Experience in integration (REST/SOAP services)
• Strong understanding of Pega rules, data modeling, and workflows
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
