Pega Lead Business Architect

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Independently design Pega solutions based on functional requirements
🔹 Provide architecture and design guidance to BPM/BRE project teams
🔹 Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical architecture
🔹 Drive reuse of enterprise-ready Pega components and assets
🔹 Review and quality-assure solution designs and all related artifacts
🔹 Provide thought leadership across business and technical dimensions
🔹 Partner with Delivery Leads to manage scope, sizing, and project risks

Required Skills & Experience:
✅ Certified Pega Lead Business Architect (CPBA) – Mandatory
✅ 7+ years of relevant experience as a Pega Business Architect
✅ Strong knowledge of latest Pega versions and features
✅ Proven experience designing end-to-end Pega solutions
✅ Experience ensuring architectural consistency and delivery quality
✅ Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills
