Job: Pega Lead Business Architect  (Pega LBA)

Location: New York, NY (need local profiles)

Client: Capgemini

Visa: USC/h4/L2/h1b

Due to additional onboarding requirements, a meet and greet is required for all new hires. 

Candidates must be willing to go to the closest Capgemini, Client, or onsite  location as indicated by project team to meet with a Capgemini team member prior starting their assignment. If the candidate is not local, travel covered by Capgemini.  If travel is involved and after selection the candidate declines the offer, costs will be paid by vendor and not Capgemini.

JOB DESCRIPTION:     

Responsibilities

Lead business analysis efforts for Pega projects in Banking, Capital Markets, and Insurance, focusing on Constellation UX and modular design.

Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure business requirements reflect domain-specific needs such as regulatory compliance, financial product workflows, and insurance processing.

Define and document functional specifications, process flows, and data mappings tailored to BCM and Insurance operations.

Ensure alignment with Common Data Model and enterprise integration standards across financial and insurance systems.

Manage stakeholder engagement and change control with a strong understanding of domain-specific KPIs and SLAs.

Experience and Skills

10+ years of business analysis experience, with 3+ years in Pega projects.

Strong understanding of Pega Infinity Platform and Constellation UX.

Experience working with Common Data Model and integration requirements.

Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Pega Business Architect certification required.
