Required Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of IT experience with 5–8 years in Pega PRPC development
Certified Pega CSA or CSSA (2019 or earlier preferred)
Strong hands-on experience in:
Pega Case Management
BPM concepts and case lifecycle management
Pega rules, decisioning, and UI development
Experience working on eligibility and enrollment systems such as:
Medicaid
ACA Marketplace
CHIP or similar government benefit programs
Strong knowledge of workflow design and business process automation
Experience in system integrations and API-based architecture
Good to Have Skills
Knowledge of eligibility rules engines and enrollment workflows
Experience with cloud platforms such as Pega Cloud, AWS, or Microsoft Azure
Prior experience in government healthcare modernization projects
