PEGA 

– Design and implement Pega CDH / Next Best Action (NBA) solutions
Develop and configure Strategies, Decision Tables, Decision Trees, and Adaptive Models.
– Build and manage Customer Journeys, Propositions, Treatments, and Channels.
– Work with Pega Marketing, Pega Decisioning, and Pega AI components
Integrate Pega CDH with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
– Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate marketing requirements into technical solutions.
– Ensure performance optimization, scalability, and compliance with Pega best practices.
– Support production issues, enhancements, and continuous improvements
Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and deployment activities.
