Pega Architect

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end solutions using Pega PRPC (Pega Platform)
• Lead application development using Pega frameworks and best practices
• Define enterprise architecture, design patterns, and coding standards
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
• Implement case management, workflows, and decisioning solutions
• Ensure application scalability, performance, and security
• Conduct code reviews and mentor Pega developers
• Integrate Pega applications with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs)
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and optimize system performance
• Support Agile delivery and participate in sprint planning and design discussions

💻 Required Skills

Pega Expertise:

• Strong experience with Pega PRPC / Pega Platform (7.x/8.x)
• Hands-on experience in case management and BPM solutions
• Knowledge of Pega frameworks (CSM, CDH, Smart Dispute, etc.)
• Rule resolution, data modeling, and UI development in Pega
