Otm Configuration Specialist

✅ Key Requirements
Experience:
7+ years of hands-on OTM experience
At least 2 full lifecycle OTM implementations (mid–large scale projects)
Strong functional configuration across core OTM modules, including:
Shipment Planning & Execution
Freight Settlement
Sourcing
Fleet Management

Technical Skills:
Advanced SQL expertise
Proficiency in XML, XSL, BI Publisher
Experience with B2B Integrations: EDI, API, and other industry standards

Leadership & Delivery:
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong team-building, collaboration, and conflict resolution abilities
Capable of managing multiple workstreams and delegating effectively
Experience in both development and support environments
Project management, solution design, and system architecture knowledge

⭐ Nice-to-Have
Experience in the 3PL industry
Familiarity with other Order Management or Transportation Management Systems
Computer Science or related technical degree preferred
