Required Skillset:

Job Description
- Support end-to-end implementation (design, build, test, deploy)
- Perform system configurations, testing (SIT/UAT), and documentation
- Troubleshoot issues and provide production support
- Integrate Oracle SCM with other enterprise systems (ERP, WMS, etc.)
- Conduct user training and create user guides
- Ensure best practices and process optimization
Core Modules (any combination)
- Inventory Management
- Order Management (OM)
- Procurement / Purchasing
- Supply Planning
- Manufacturing
- Warehouse Management (WMS)
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with Oracle SCM applications
- Strong understanding of supply chain business processes
- Hands-on experience in at least 2–3 Oracle SCM modules
- Experience with Oracle Cloud SCM or E-Business Suite (EBS)
- Knowledge of SQL for basic data analysis and troubleshooting
- Experience with full lifecycle implementations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM
- Certification in Oracle SCM modules
- Knowledge of integration tools (REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud)
- Experience in Agile or hybrid implementation methodologies
- Exposure to reporting tools (BI Publisher, OTBI)
