Oracle Utilities Functional Lead (C2M)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced C2M Functional Lead with a strong background in Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter (C2M), specifically within the Front Office module. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in customer service processes and will lead implementation, enhancements, and support initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead functional design and implementation of Oracle Utilities C2M – Front Office
• Drive requirements gathering, solution design, and business process improvements
• Work closely with stakeholders to optimize customer service operations
• Manage and support end-to-end lifecycle of customer processes including:
  • Move-In / Move-Out
  • Service Requests
  • Account Maintenance & Updates
• Collaborate with technical teams for configurations, integrations, and issue resolution
• Provide functional leadership, guidance, and best practices across project phases
• Ensure quality deliverables, documentation, and compliance with standards

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in Oracle Utilities C2M (Customer to Meter)
• Hands-on expertise with Front Office module
• Deep knowledge of:
  • Customer Service Operations
  • Move-In / Move-Out processes
  • Service Requests lifecycle
  • Account Maintenance & Updates
• Proven experience in functional leadership or lead roles
• Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in utility domain projects
• Experience with integrations and cross-module coordination
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
