Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Utilities Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Customer to Meter (C2M) / CIS to support a large-scale SAP to Oracle transformation program within the utilities domain. This role will focus on bridging business and technology, driving functional design, and supporting system implementation across customer, billing, and field service processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications
6+ years of experience in Oracle Utilities (CIS / C2M) implementations
Strong understanding of utilities domain (Gas/Electric/Water)
Experience in SAP to Oracle transformation or system migration projects
Functional expertise in customer lifecycle, billing, metering, and service management
Working knowledge of WACS and Oracle Field Service (OFS)
Ability to interpret business requirements and translate into functional designs
Strong stakeholder communication and client-facing skills
Experience with integration touchpoints and data migration concepts
Willingness to travel as required
