Hands-on experience in configuration, troubleshooting & workflow optimization
Strong understanding of Oracle ERP ecosystem & integration patterns
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, APIs
Exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM (Preferred)
Telecom / Large Enterprise experience is a plus

Work closely with AT&T Supply Chain stakeholders
Lead SCM projects from design through delivery
Drive architecture discussions & provide thought leadership
Act as a trusted advisor
Mentor junior resources when needed
Bring innovation mindset (AI & modern tech stack exposure preferred)
🏆 Experience Required:
15+ years in Oracle ERP SCM domain
5+ years in a lead role
Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
