Oracle Ofsc / B2B Service Consultant

• Develop and manage APIs and data exchange processes
• Support B2B service workflows including order management and service delivery
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide production support
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and functional teams
• Provide training and documentation for end users

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC)
• Strong understanding of:
  • Field service management processes
  • Routing, scheduling, and mobility solutions
• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware)
• Knowledge of B2B service processes and data exchange (EDI, integrations)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle CX, ERP, or Service Cloud
• Familiarity with middleware tools (Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft)
• Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Python)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Certifications in Oracle Field Service or related technologies
