Role: Oracle HCM – Payroll Functional Consultant
Location: Michigan (Remote with Travel)
Project Duration: 3 Months
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Payroll Functional Consultant to lead a payroll transformation initiative. The role focuses on assessing current payroll processes and driving the transition from semi-monthly and monthly payroll cycles to a biweekly payroll structure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead payroll design assessment and transformation activities
• Analyze current semi-monthly and monthly payroll processes
• Design and implement biweekly payroll solutions in Oracle HCM
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements
• Configure and support Oracle HCM Payroll modules
• Identify gaps and recommend best practices and solutions
• Support testing, payroll parallel runs, and go-live activities
• Provide guidance on compliance and payroll regulations
Required Skills & Experience:
• Strong experience in Oracle HCM Payroll (Functional)
• Proven experience in payroll cycle transformation (e.g., semi-monthly to biweekly)
• Good understanding of US payroll processes and compliance
• Experience in requirement gathering, design, and implementation
• Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience leading payroll transformation projects
• Knowledge of end-to-end Oracle HCM suite
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with travel as needed
Work Model:
• Remote with occasional travel to Michigan
