We are looking for a highly experienced Oracle HCM Payroll Lead to drive end-to-end payroll configuration and integrations in a complex, multi-entity environment. This is a critical leadership role working closely with Payroll, HR, Finance, and IT teams.

🧠 Must-Have Skills
✔ Strong experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll (Mandatory)
✔ Expertise in Fast Formula, HCM Extracts, HDL
✔ Hands-on with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) & APIs (REST/SOAP)
✔ Deep knowledge of payroll compliance & regulations
✔ Proven experience in large-scale payroll implementations
