Key Responsibilities
Implement and support Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, focusing on Core HR and Benefits
Configure and manage Benefits module based on business requirements
Develop and maintain Fast Formulas
Create and manage HCM Extracts
Design and generate BI Reports (BIP)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system enhancements and issue resolution

Required Skills
Hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR + Benefits)
Strong expertise in Fast Formula
Experience with HCM Extracts and BI Reporting (BIP)
Solid understanding of HCM business processes
