✔ Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud (Mandatory)
✔ Deep expertise in Core HR + Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
✔ Hands-on with Oracle Journeys (Lifecycle automation)
✔ Strong knowledge of HCM Security (RBAC, roles, data security)
✔ Experience with Redwood UI, VBCS, Business Rules
