Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant to support implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and/or technical expertise across HCM modules and experience working in remote, client-facing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into solutions
• Support system integrations, data migration, and reporting
• Configure workflows, security, and approvals within HCM
• Provide functional/technical support and troubleshoot issues
• Collaborate with stakeholders, HR teams, and IT teams
• Participate in testing (SIT/UAT) and deployment activities

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud
• Strong experience in one or more modules:
  • Core HR
  • Talent Management
  • Compensation
  • Payroll
  • Absence Management
• Experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL) or HCM Extracts
• Knowledge of Fast Formulas and BI reporting
• Strong understanding of HR business processes
