Role: Lead HCM Cloud config (Core HR, Talent, Compensation), quarterly releases, enterprise structures, security, approval workflows, OTBI/BI Publisher, HDL/HSDL, OIC/APIs/SFTP integrations, Fast Formulas, testing (SIT/UAT), data integrity, governance, and team leadership.

Exp: 10+ yrs (5+ hands-on HCM Cloud config & release mgmt) – Bachelor’s degree required. Oracle certs a plus.
