Position _ Cutover Lead consultant

We’re looking for a Cutover Lead to own planning and execution of the go-live transition for an Oracle Fusion implementation (Field Service/Fusion Service), including mock cutovers, data migration coordination, and command center leadership. This resource would be someone to help manage tech activities.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and manage the cutover plan (detailed, hour-by-hour runbook)
• Coordinate across workstreams (finance, HR, integrations, data, security)
• Lead mock cutovers / dress rehearsals
• Manage data migration sequencing and validation
• Track dependencies, risks, and go/no-go criteria
• Run the cutover command center during go-live weekend
• Ensure rollback/contingency plans are in place

Ideal Background

• Prior Oracle Fusion go-live experience (this is critical)
• Strong program/project management skills
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with:
  • Data migration tools/processes
  • Integration timing and dependencies
  • Testing cycles (SIT/UAT → cutover readiness)
