Job Title: Oracle Fusion Order-to-Cash Lead
Location: Austin, TX | Onsite
Duration: 24+ Months Contract
Role Overview
Accountable for design, configuration, and go-live of Oracle Fusion Order-to-Cash modules — Order Management, Pricing, Revenue Management (ASC 606), Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Customer Fulfilment. Also owns the ZUORA-to-Fusion Subscription Management migration and governs the CPQ-to-Salesforce integration design. A digital product subscriptions, channel partner pricing, and global AR complexity makes this one of the highest business-impact tracks on the program.
What You Will Do
— Module configuration: Own Fusion Order Management, Pricing Administration, Revenue Management (ASC 606), AR, and Collections configuration; govern offshore O2C consultants through the build phase.
— ZUORA migration: Own transition of active subscriptions, billing schedules, and revenue recognition positions from ZUORA to Fusion Subscription Management; coordinate revenue accounting with the Finance / R2R Lead.
— CPQ and Salesforce: Govern CPQ configuration and Salesforce CRM integration design in partnership with the CPQ Functional Lead; confirm deal registration, channel pricing, and quote-to-order flow end-to-end.
— Revenue recognition: Own ASC 606 configuration for a product and subscription revenue streams; confirm performance obligation identification and recognition timing with HID Finance and external auditors.
— HighRadius coexistence: Manage HighRadius AR automation coexistence; confirm HighRadius-to-Fusion AR integration through the parallel run and post-go-live.
— Customer data: Own customer master data conversion from EBS; define customer hierarchy standards; manage open AR balance conversion and credit hold migration.
What Good Looks Like
— ZUORA retired at Wave 1 go-live with all active subscriptions migrated to Fusion Subscription Management.
— ASC 606 configuration approved by HID's external auditors before Wave 1 go-live.
— CPQ-to-Salesforce integration tested and signed off before building complete milestone.
— Open AR converted with less than 0.1% variance in converted balances for Wave 1 entities.
What You Need to Have Done Before
— 15+ years of Oracle ERP O2C with Oracle Fusion Order Management, Revenue Management, and AR.
— Experience migrating from ZUORA or comparable subscription billing platforms to Oracle Fusion.
— Strong ASC 606 revenue recognition configuration on Oracle Fusion.
— Salesforce-Oracle integration experience required; CPQ experience preferred.
