Job Description:
We’re hiring an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials Project Manager to lead enterprise financial system initiatives in a banking/financial services environment. This role is ideal for someone who started in Accounting/Finance and transitioned into Oracle Financials project leadership.

Required Experience:
8+ years Oracle Financial ERP experience (implementation/support)
3+ years Oracle Fusion Financials
8+ years Project Management experience
Strong accounting/finance background (GL, reporting, controls)
PMP, PMI, CSM, or similar certification
Bachelor’s degree (Accounting, Finance, or MIS)
Must be local to Suffolk, VA or willing to relocate

Key Skills:
Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, etc.)
Strong stakeholder management (business + executive level)
Financial reporting, audit, and compliance knowledge
Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Excellent communication and leadership skills
