About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Cloud Trainer to support an ongoing Oracle ERP Cloud implementation project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training materials for Oracle Financials and SCM modules.
This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with functional and project teams to ensure successful end-user adoption.

Key Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive training materials for Oracle Financials Cloud.
Develop training materials for Oracle SCM Cloud.
Create user guides, process documentation, and presentation decks.
Conduct end-user training sessions and workshops.
Support user adoption during ERP Cloud rollout.
Collaborate with project and functional teams.

Required Qualifications
Strong understanding of Oracle ERP Cloud.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Financials Cloud.
Hands-on experience with Oracle SCM Cloud.
Experience developing training materials and conducting user training.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Active LinkedIn profile.
Willing to work onsite 3 days per week in Marietta, GA.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Organizational Change Management (OCM).
Prior experience supporting a full Oracle ERP Cloud implementation.
