Oracle ERP Cloud Developer

Hiring: Oracle ERP Cloud Developer (Sr. Application Developer)

Location: Bay Area, CA (Hybrid)
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Experience: 12+ years total

This is not an entry-level Oracle role. We’re looking for a senior, hands-on Oracle ERP Cloud developer who can design, build, and own global-scale solutions without hand-holding.

What you’ll actually be doing (not just claiming on your resume):

• Building and extending Oracle Fusion Applications across Finance and Supply Chain
• Developing PaaS extensions using VBCS / VB Studio
• Designing and implementing Order Management extensions using Groovy
• Customizing UI with Page Composer and supporting real production issues
• Integrating systems using OIC, REST APIs, ORDS, or equivalent middleware
• Owning design, development, unit testing, performance, and monitoring
• Enforcing quality through code reviews, standards, and architecture discipline
• Mentoring developers and raising the technical bar of the team
• Contributing to application security architecture, not ignoring it

Required (non-negotiable) experience:

• 5+ years hands-on with Oracle ERP Cloud modules: GL, AR, AP, Cash Management, Inventory, OM, Procurement
• Strong fundamentals in OO design, database design, and dependency injection
• Deep Oracle DB experience: SQL, PL/SQL
• Proven experience with VBCS/VB Studio, Page Composer
• Groovy scripting for OM extensions
• Strong testing mindset (not “QA will catch it”)
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines in OCI
