Job Title: Oracle EPM Planning Consultant (Workforce & Enterprise Planning)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Planning Consultant with strong expertise in Workforce Planning and other enterprise planning modules on the Oracle platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, including Workforce, Financials, Capital, and Project Planning.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement Oracle EPM Planning solutions, including Workforce Planning.
Configure and manage Workforce Planning modules such as headcount planning, compensation, benefits, and workforce cost modeling.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable EPM solutions.
Build and maintain planning applications including Financial Planning, Capital Planning, and Project Planning.
Develop business rules, calculations, and data forms using Calculation Manager and Groovy scripting.
Perform scenario modeling, forecasting, and budgeting activities across planning modules.
Manage workforce-related data such as headcount, salary, bonuses, taxes, and benefits.
Integrate EPM with upstream/downstream systems using Data Management / FDMEE.
Develop dashboards, reports, and Smart View templates for business users.
Provide production support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Participate in end-to-end implementation lifecycle including design, build, testing, and deployment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience in Oracle EPM Cloud (EPBCS/PBCS).
Hands-on experience with Workforce Planning module (must-have).
Experience with other planning modules:
Financial Planning (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
Capital Planning (CapEx, asset lifecycle)
Project Planning
Expertise in:
Calculation Manager (Business Rules)
Groovy Scripting
Data Integration (FDMEE / Data Management)
Smart View & Reporting
Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes.
Experience with scenario modeling and workforce demand/supply planning.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Oracle EPM / EPBCS Certification
Experience with Narrative Reporting / FCCS / ARCS
Knowledge of REST APIs and EPM Automate
Prior consulting or client-facing experience
Nice to Have
Experience in Strategic Workforce Planning (long-term workforce demand, skills gap analysis, FTE modeling).
Exposure to end-to-end enterprise planning implementations
