Looking for a strong Oracle Cloud Finance Functional Consultant with state exp.(preferred)

MUST HAVE:
12+ years Oracle ERP experience
7+ years leading Oracle Cloud Finance implementations
Strong expertise in: GL, FAH, AP, AR, PO, FA & Analytics
Public Sector experience (REQUIRED)
Projects & Grants experience (REQUIRED)
