🔍 Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Utilities Change Management & Training Lead to support a large-scale C2M upgrade (v2.6 to v2.9) initiative. This role will drive change management, training strategy, and business process transformation across customer service and billing systems.

💼 Key Responsibilities:
Lead implementation and upgrade of Oracle Utilities Customer-to-Meter (C2M), Customer Care & Billing (CC&B), and related billing systems
Drive organizational change management and ensure smooth adoption across stakeholders
Conduct impact assessments and define communication strategies
Design and deliver role-based training programs and training plans
Lead train-the-trainer sessions and support enterprise-wide training delivery
Develop and update business process documentation & SOPs
Provide post-go-live support and continuous training improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, SMEs, and business stakeholders
Support deployment of customer-facing portals integrated with billing systems
Identify performance gaps and implement learning interventions

🎯 Required Experience:
10+ years of experience in Oracle Utilities (C2M, CC&B)
Strong background in Change Management & Training Delivery
Experience in utility domain (billing, customer service systems)
Proven expertise in Instructional Design & Stakeholder Communication
Experience with AMI / Smart Metering projects is a plus
