Oracle Cloud HCM Techno-Functional

Job Description:
should have more than 12+ years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM and OIC.
should have very good experience developing integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
should have very good experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Technical – BIP, HCM Extracts, HDL, SQL, API’s.
Work with main HR business stakeholder to understand the HCM business requirements along with the Information technology team of client.
Be well versed with HR Domain expertise. Spearheaded comprehensive HCM cloud transformation initiatives from inception to deployment.
Work closely with CXO community to understand the strategic requirements towards digital transformation journey.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to capture business requirements and ensure strategic alignment.
Offer expert advice on HCM cloud functionalities, configuration options, and industry best practices.
