Required Skills

• Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financials
• Good understanding of accounting principles and finance operations
• Experience in GL, AP, AR, FA, CM modules
• Knowledge of P2P, O2C, and R2R cycles
• Experience in requirement gathering and solution design
• Exposure to implementation / support / upgrade projects
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting / MBA / CA / CMA / CPA
• Oracle Cloud Financials Certification preferred
• Experience in at least 1–2 full lifecycle implementations
• Knowledge of SQL basics is an added advantage

Nice to Have

• Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
• Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Exposure to Oracle BI Publisher / OTBI reporting
• Understanding of security roles and approval workflows
