We are actively hiring a senior Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Specialist (Procure to Pay) for a long-term engagement with a direct client.

📍 Location: Hybrid (Onsite 3 days/week from Week 1)
⏳ Duration: 8–20+ Months

🔑 Role Overview:
The Oracle ERP Functional Specialist will act as a senior Business Systems Analyst / SME, driving Procure-to-Pay solutions across Oracle Cloud ERP. The role involves requirements gathering, process optimization, UAT, production support, and collaboration between business and IT teams.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and document current-state business processes and recommend improvements
• Lead requirements gathering, functional design, and solution recommendations
• Act as SME for Oracle Cloud ERP – P2P (Purchasing & Payables)
• Support data conversion, reconciliation, month-end & year-end close
• Provide UAT support, testing, training, and production support
• Collaborate with developers and ensure accurate knowledge transfer
• Review design documents and provide feedback

✅ Required Qualifications:
• 12+ years as a Business Analyst
• 12+ years SDLC, requirements gathering & documentation
• 12+ years Oracle Financials EBS / Cloud experience
• 12+ years as Oracle Functional SME – Procure to Pay
• 8+ years month-end & year-end close & reconciliation (P2P)
• Strong expertise in Oracle Purchasing & Oracle Payables
• Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud implementations
• Public Sector implementation experience – plus
• CPA – preferred
🎓 Education:
Bachelor’s in IT / Finance / Business / Accounting (or equivalent experience)
